Miele S248I bags

I''m looking for a vacuum bag for the S248I (Bag S247I-262I). Will any Miele "F" bag fit, or do I need to get the specific S247I-S262I bags? Also, I cannot get the power cord to retract--any ideas on how to access the spring winding?? Thanks. - Larry
