Yes, the Bosch BSA2200UC Compact Plus Health Guard vacuum does include the HEPA filter. Unfortunately Bosch does not make vacuums anymore and it will be hard to find the BSA2200UC Compact Plus Health Guard vacuum as well as any of their other vacuums. Thank you for your inquiry.
