Hi, Thank you for your question. Lack of suction can be brought on by a variety of different reasons. The most common is a clog. You must check closely throughout the tubing to make sure there isn''t one. A few other reasons can be dirty filters, bag is full, broken belt, damaged brushroll, etc. Impossible to really narrow down what exactly is the main cause without having the machine in front of us. I recommend after checking the items I listed, that if it still isn't producing suction to take it to your local Vacuum repair shop to have it further tested. Thank you for choosing GoVacuum.com |

I bought a pet friendly vaccum, that is just for pets. i have only been able to use this vacum times. each time i have to undo the tubing. the stuff that is supposed to vaccum up will NOT go into the canaster!!!!i paid 100.00 plus for this vaccum. it is not worth the trouble of having to go through that every time i vaccum. i will not buy another type of this brand. this vaccum is worthless |
