Why does the Hoover Windtunnel have no suction?

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

If the vacuum turns on but you don't have any suction then you may have a clog. First I would check the bag and the filters to make sure they aren''t clogged up themselves. If they appear to be fine then you most likely have a clog in the hose somewhere, this is very common. You can take an item that is soft so that it won''t puncture the hose and put it up there to find the clog, once you have located the debris clogging the hose you can try to maneuver it out slowly and carefully, the best bet is to take another vacuum and try to suck the clog out of the hose.
