Hello Vivian, Unfortunately without having the Bissell model number 3920 in front of us it will be hard to diagnose the problem. There are a variety of different reasons that could come into play for a machine/vacuum not to work. The power switch part# 2031268 itself is something to consider. The power cord part# 2032319 could be bad and in need of being replaced. Another thing to keep in mind is that Bissell model number 3920 doesn''t have a thermal reset switch so there could have been undue strain put onto the motor part# 2032320, to the point where the motor doesn''t have anything left and is in need of being replaced. Now all of these parts are available through GoVacuum.com and if you would like to order any of these items for your Bissell model# 3920 then feel free to contact us via email or you can contact us on chat as well. The main thing to recommend is to find a local Vacuum store and get an free estimate as too what the problem may be. Thank you for choosing GoVacuum.com. Sincerely, |
