How do I replace the fan on this Hoover machine. The pulley just will not come off the motor shaft.

In order to get this fan off you, you will need to turn have a wrench to grab the fan, and turn the fan counter clockwise while you have another wrench turning the pulley clockwise. You may want to put some WD40 on first to loosen it up.
