My Bissell vacuum works well but is terribly noisy. I discovered the beater seems to have lost its bearings or whatever keeps it centered on its axis. It vibrates and sounds really bad. Can I still get a new beater? I got the vacuum at Home Depot about 18 months ago, but I don''t see that model listed on your web site - Kenneth

Hi Kenneth,

Greetings from Govacuum,

We should be able to get that item for you but I don''t want to tell you for sure without having a model # to that machine. Feel free to call us @ 1-888-468-2210 and we will be happy to assist you over the phone.

Have a great day.
