My old (upstairs) Bissel Cleanview II seems to have no power compared to my new (identical) one that I am now using downstairs. And sometimes dirt and debris seem to be left behind. The hose has a lot of suction, but when I use the regular upright vac little or nothing is being picked up. It is only 3 years old and used weekly. Is it simply worn out because it was so inexpensive and I can''t expect it to last? - Carol

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

It sounds like the machine is clogged. At the lower end of the machine, please check for a blockage and if you don''t find it you can call us at 1-866-468-2288 or email me at johndiggs@govacuum.com.

Hope this helps.
